Susceptibilidad de varias leguminosas de cobertura a los nematodos Meloidogyne incognita Y M. arenaria

چکیده

Introducción. Los cultivos de cobertura aportan múltiples beneficios al agroecosistema, como lo es la disminución poblaciones nematodos fitoparásitos, debido a su imposibilidad reproducirse en plantas no susceptibles. La selección una adecuada debe considerar ausencia reproducción los nematodos, ya que coberturas moderadamente susceptibles podrían comprometer ciclos cultivo posteriores. Objetivo. Determinar susceptibilidad las leguminosas Crotalaria juncea L., spectabilis Roth, Vigna radiata (L.) R.Wilczek, Mucuna pruriens L. var. preta y deeringiana (Bort) Merril Meloidogyne incognita (Kofoid & White) Chitwood M. arenaria (Neal) Chitwood. Materiales métodos. Se realizaron 2 experimentos simultáneos un invernadero Universidad Costa Rica, Alajuela, abril setiembre del 2015. Las se inocularon con 3000 huevos estados juveniles (J2) ambas especies por separado. utilizó diseño experimental completamen- te azar. Resultados. No encontraron diferencias significativas entre inoculadas sin inocular, variables índice masas (IMH), factor (FR), peso seco parte aérea fresco raíces. disminuyeron promedio 71% 19%, respectivamente, V. radiata, 32% 29%, C. spectablis. observaron ni agallas raíces spectabilis. presentaron huevos, pero superaron categoría 1 según escala utilizada (0-5). Conclusión. Todas evaluadas este estudio inoculados, cual sugiere el establecimiento estas podría ser estrategia viable para manejo campos agrícolas.
